Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We do combine shipping, so the total amount of the shipping cost will be the combined weight of all products in your shipment.

You should consider paying tracking and insurance to you shipment during checkout, in order to cover for loss or damage. Although we had never had problems with lost or damage packages as of yet, we cannot be responsible for packages that do not have coverage for loss or damage.

RETURNS POLICY

We will only accept returns in extreme circumstances. If you are unsure of the exact product we have listed, please make an inquiry to have any of your questions answered by us before you complete the transaction. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, but you must contact us first to receive a confirmation and authorization. Not all returns are authorized.

Any returns we accept that are not considered our error, are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the product. Under this circumstance, you will not be able to receive a refund for what it cost to ship the product to you, as well as the shipping cost for returning the product back to us. We will although refund you return shipping costs and full invoice amount you paid if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Once we have received a returns inquiry from you and have authorized the item(s) for return, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for errors such as misspellings, missing information, description errors, etc., for any of the products on our website. These types of errors do not constitute a valid reason for a return. We are only responsible if the Product Name does not match the Product picture. In this case, we will authorize and accept a return. We will although still authorize a return outside of these circumstances, but only if we deem the reason is valid.
